Program terms

The fine print, in plain words

Clear rules keep the program fair for every partner.

Who and what qualifies

  • Referrals must be businesses that have not contacted or worked with MS Solutions in the previous 6 months.
  • A referral qualifies when the client signs and pays within 90 days of the referral being sent to us.
  • If two partners refer the same business, the first referral we receive counts.
  • Self-referrals and referrals of your own business do not qualify.
  • We may decline a referral or a partner application.

Commission

  • 10% of the first project, or of the first 3 months on monthly plans.
  • 20% of each subscription payment for up to 12 months on AutoSEO and ConnectPanel360, while the client stays subscribed.
  • Commission is calculated on fees received, excluding taxes, refunds and third-party costs such as ad spend, domains and hosting.
  • If a client payment is refunded or reversed, the commission on it comes off your next payout.

Payouts and tax

  • Payouts are made within 15 days of the client’s payment clearing, by bank transfer or UPI.
  • The minimum payout is ₹1,000, and smaller amounts roll over to the next payout.
  • We need your PAN and bank or UPI details before your first payout.
  • Tax is deducted where required. If you are registered for GST, please send a GST invoice.

Promoting MS Solutions

  • Say clearly that you may earn a commission when you recommend us.
  • Partners may not bid on “MS Solutions”, “AutoSEO” or “ConnectPanel360” in paid ads, send spam, or make promises on our behalf.
  • Only use facts from our website, and never promise rankings, results or discounts we have not agreed.

Personal data

  • Get the person’s permission before you share their details with us.
  • We use those details to contact them about your referral, as our privacy policy explains.
  • Keep any client information we share with you confidential.

Ending or changing the program

  • You are an independent partner, not our employee or agent, and you cannot sign anything for us.
  • Either side can end the partnership at any time by email. Commission you have already earned is still paid.
  • Fraud, spam or false claims end the partnership and cancel any unpaid commission.
  • MS Solutions may update these terms with 30 days’ notice; referrals already submitted keep the terms in force when they were sent.

How much commission do I earn?

You earn 10% of the first project for website, software, branding and one-off work, or 10% of the first 3 months for monthly plans such as SEO, ads and social media. For AutoSEO and ConnectPanel360 subscriptions, you earn 20% of the subscription for the first 12 months.

When and how am I paid?

Commission is paid within 15 days after your referred client’s payment reaches us, by bank transfer or UPI. Amounts under ₹1,000 roll over to the next payout. We need your PAN before the first payout, and tax is deducted where the law requires it.

Who can join?

Freelancers, agencies, web developers and designers, consultants, accountants and our existing clients. Anyone can also refer a single client without joining.

When does a referral count?

When the business is new to MS Solutions (not already in touch with us in the last 6 months) and signs up within 90 days of your referral. Self-referrals do not qualify.

Can I white-label your services for my own clients?

Yes, agencies and freelancers can talk to us about delivering SEO, ads, websites or software under their own brand. Mention it when you apply.
